COVID-19 Lockdown Update
With the latest news from the government announcing a 3rd lockdown for the UK, we would like to update our customers with our current operational guidelines.
The safety of our staff and our customers is absolutely paramount, and we shall be following the strict government guidelines at all times. Any works carried out during the lockdown period will continue, providing you are happy for us to be in your home and we will be asking that you can be in a separate room whilst works are being carried out.
Site Surveys will continue whilst following the strict government guidelines at all times; the surveyor will attend the site and take all necessary measurements. When the survey takes place, we ask that you will not be in the same room as our member of staff. After a survey has been completed, all discussions regarding your job will take place via a video call (i.e Zoom/Teams etc) unless the weather is okay and you have garden space where discussions can take place.
Any maintenance visits to homes must be booked in with our main office prior to a site visit, so that we can confirm social distancing rules with the property owner beforehand.
We have a range of measures in place to reduce the spread of coronavirus. For example, our staff are regularly tested and record their temperature every day – proof of a negative test result is available on request. Additionally, the team will always disinfect the environment they’re working in both before and after their work is carried out.
We shall continue to monitor and contact customers affected by any possible further extension on the current lockdown dates, if and when announced by the government.
